LAOAG CITY – A reporter of popular local radio station here, Bombo Radyo Laoag was among those who joined the youth delegation of Ilocos Norte in the Papal visit.
Bomboradyo reporter Frances Alegre was chosen among the youth who had a audience with visiting Pope Francis.
Fr. Joey Ranjo, spokesman of Diocese of Laoag said that the delegation consisted of 60 youth from Ilocos Norte.
Also chosen was youth leader Jabelton Manuel, a current volunteer of the Philippine Red Cross.
