LAOAG CITY (June 23) – The whole neighborhood in Brgy. 21 here were shocked to find a body slumped virtually in a doorstep of one residential house when occupants woke up this morning. Police later identified the cadaver as that of certain Danny Mamuad of Brgy. 23, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. The body bore a stab wound. Cops were deployed to probe the slaying.
