LAOAG CITY, April 28 – Retired police officer now Kagawad Rudy Ventura spoke in behalf of his constituents of Brgy. 2 here to express their thanks for the recovery of the missing Black Nazarene icon. Thieves apparently stole the icon last March 24 from their barangay. Lawmen later found the icon in Bulacan where it was sold to a suspected antique collector.
