DINGRAS, Ilocos Norte (August 3) – The no. 1 drug personality in Banna town was arrested by Dingras police in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Guerrero, this town.
Police said that the suspect is a resident of Brgy. Marcos, Banna, Ilocos Norte.
He will be facing charges in violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
