VINTAR, Ilocos Norte – A US-balikbayan allegedly committed suicide in Brgy. Cabisucolan, this town, said in a belated report.
P/Sr. Insp. Lauro Milan, Vintar chief of police said that the lifeless body of Filomeno Cadabona was discovered by his relatives hanged in the kitchen.
Investigators learned that his relatives were forced to enter his house after they noticed that he hadn’t come out from his house though it was already late in the morning.
Relatives believed that he committed suicide because he still couldn’t accept the untimely death of one of the members of his family.
Milan disclosed that investigators found an alleged suicide note in the area. (tsg)
