PASUQUIN, Ilocos Norte (July 12) – At least 45 drug personalities from Brgy. Caruan, this town voluntarily surrendered to authorities.
Village chief George Ragonjan of Brgy.Caruan said that it surprised him to know the number of surrenderees coming in his barangay.
Ragonjan said that most of them are fishermen including an 18-year-old. (tsg)
