SARRAT, Ilocos Norte, Jan. 20– Babies have guardian angels, the religious say. It may be true in the case of a two-year-old baby.
Friday night of Jan. 16, the baby aboard a stroller was being attended by mother Isabel Talamayan.
They were about to cross the street in front of the police station in Brgy. 5, this town when an allegedly speeding motorcycle sideswiped them hitting the stroller and the mother.
The baby sustained minor injury but her mom suffered a broken right leg.(tsg w/ ar report)
