CURRIMAO, Ilocos Norte (April 26) – When Rogel Pahinag and Teodorico Gajete left Brgy. Badjo, Pinili, Ilocos Norte to join their buddies for picnic here, they had no premonition of omen.
Too bad, after enjoying the beach fun and frolic, the duo aboard a motorcycle met a volley of gunfire on their way home. Cops said a gunman armed with cal. 45 staged the ambush.
Luckily, the two survived the attack with minor wounds.
