CEB slashes fares by up to 70% in seat sale to Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok, Jakarta, Macau, Taipei

The Philippines’ largest national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) offers international seats as low as P999 in a seat sale from August 13 to 16, 2011 or until seats last, for travel from October 1 to December 14, 2011.

CEB slashes fares down to P999 for seats from Manila to Ho Chi Minh, Macau and Taipei, as well as from Clark to Bangkok. P1,999 seats are also up for grabs from Manila to Bangkok or Jakarta.

Meanwhile, passengers can also buy seats on CEB’s select domestic seat sale: P488 from Manila to Legazpi, Naga, San Jose (Mindoro) or Virac; P588 from Manila to Bacolod, Cebu, Iloilo or Tacloban; and, P688 from Manila to Cauayan, Laoag or Tuguegarao.

Those going from Manila to Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cotabato, Davao, Dipolog, General Santos, Pagadian or Surigao can also buy P888 seats.

“This seat sale is in line with CEB’s commitment to offer the lowest available fares in all the destinations we fly to. To get a Clark-Bangkok seat for P999, instead of the lowest year-round fare of P3,499, is a bargain, and is only possible with CEB’s trademark low fares,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.

“We are also lowering our year-round fare from Manila to Ho Chi Minh, from P2,999 to P2,499. This fare is available on Ho Chi Minh flights after the seat sale period,” Iyog added.

Passengers with check-in luggage may avail of prepaid baggage allowance, for travel savings as much as 63% on domestic and 72% on international flights. The seat sale fare is exclusive of government tax and fuel surcharge.
