CEB offers all-domestic seat sale as low as P88 for holiday travel

The Philippines’ largest national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) gives more travelers the chance to book flights this holiday season, with an all-domestic seat sale as low as P88. This is from November 19-21, 2011 or until seats last, for travel from December 18, 2011 to January 15, 2012.

Up for grabs are P88 seats for the airline’s Cebu hub flights: from Cebu to Bacolod, Boracay (Caticlan), Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Clark, Davao, Dipolog, Dumaguete, General Santos, Iloilo, Legazpi, Ozamiz, Pagadian, Puerto Princesa, Siargao, Surigao, Tacloban or Zamboanga.

P88 seats are also available for CEB’s routes between the country’s secondary airports: from Davao to Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo or Zamboanga; from Cagayan de Oro to Iloilo; and from Zamboanga to Tawi-Tawi.

Meanwhile, passengers coming from or traveling to Manila can buy P188 seats on the following flights: from Manila to Bacolod, Boracay (Caticlan), Busuanga, Calbayog, Catarman, Cauayan (Isabela), Cebu, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Kalibo, Laoag, Legazpi, Naga, Puerto Princesa, Roxas, San Jose (Mindoro), Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Tuguegarao or Virac.

P388 seats are also available between Manila and CEB’s 10 destinations in Mindanao: Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cotabato, Davao, Dipolog, General Santos, Ozamiz, Pagadian, Surigao or Zamboanga. This translates to travel savings as much as 81%.

“CEB continues to give more passengers the chance to plan their vacations this holiday season. It is a time for family and friends, and what better way to bond than to explore the Philippines’ culture, food, beaches and history together,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.

“Overseas Filipino Workers in South Korea and Japan can also avail of our special international seat sale for travel next summer, so they can go home or plan international trips for their family members,” she added.

CEB offers P2,488 seats for travel from March 1 to May 31, 2012 from Manila to Busan, Incheon or Osaka, and from Cebu to Busan or Incheon. This is up to 59% lower than CEB’s lowest year-round fares to Japan, and 38% lower than fares to South Korea.

CEB currently operates 10 Airbus A319, 18 Airbus A320 and 8 ATR-72 500 aircraft. By the end of 2011, CEB will be operating a fleet of 37 aircraft – with an average age of less than 3.5 years – one of the most modern aircraft fleets in the world. Between 2012 and 2021, Cebu Pacific will take delivery of 23 Airbus A320 and 30 Airbus A321neo aircraft orders, and 2 Airbus A320 aircraft on operating lease agreements.
