PAGUDPUD, Ilocos Norte – A sangguniang bayan member of this town faces numerous administrative cases before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
Pagudpud chief of police Inspector Adriano Licudan filed administrative charges against Benemerito in relation to an earlier heated confrontation between him and the councilor.
Licudan also separately filed a criminal case against the councilor for harassment. (edg)
