Also winners are 1st runner-up Coleen Magarro Ventura of Brgy. 21, San Agustin (right) and 2nd runner-up Emiko B. Sato (left) of Brgy. 15 San Jose. The search was part of the December annual town fiesta of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte called Damili Festival.
