CENTENNIAL TORCH – As a part of the centennial celebration of Philippine National Bank (PNB), Mrs. Metty Guerrero, PNB Laoag Branch Manager, receives the centennial torch from Mr. Leo Farinas of PNB Laoag-Castro Branch. PNB was established as a banking institution on July 22, 1916 with headquarters in Escolta, Manila. Its primary mandate was to provide financial services to Philippine industry and agriculture and support the government’s economic development effort. (Aceyork Guerrero)
