The INPPO Policewomen Choir under the able leadership of PSSupt Sterling Raymund P Blanco, Officer In- Charge, participated in the 2015 National Women’s Month Choral Singing Competition held at the Provincial Capitol Auditorium. The INPPO Choir was composed of fifteen talented policewomen led by SPO4 Wilma D Palting and was trained by Mr Rex D Pancho, a nursing student of DWCL who also served as the conductor during the competition.
