Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos distributes garlic and onion bulbs to farmers from Pasuquin, Badoc, Paoay, San Nicolas, Bacarra, Vintar, Piddig and Laoag City as part of the Millennium Development Goals program of the Provincial Government and the High Value Crops Development Projects of the Department of Agriculture. Farm inputs such as fertilizers and vegetable seeds as well as knapsack sprayers were also distributed to the farmers last Oct. 18, 2012 at the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist in Laoag City.
