FORCE MULTIPLIERS GRADUATION RITES. BPATS, MASCOBADO AND TODA members receive certificates of completion during their graduation rites held at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Area in Laoag City. They finished a three-day rescue training and seminar spearheaded by the Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office. The said seminar/training was attended by 1,531 force multipliers from the 2nd district of Ilocos Norte. Their graduation ceremony was graced by Hon. Gov. Imee R. Marcos, accompanied by acting provincial director S/Supt. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., deputy provincial director for administration Supt. Adolfo T. Rafanan and PCRB OIC C/Inspector Dexter Diovic T. Corpuz. The force multipliers were well trained to help the PNP personnel in the forthcoming May 9 national and local elections.
