Ilocos Norte Governor Imee R. Marcos, Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr, and Ilocos Norte 2nd District Congresswoman Imelda R. Marcos lead other elected officials in the province to a covenant signing for United Nations Millennium Development Goals by year 2015. The signing was held during Marcos Day, Sept. 11, in commemoration of the late President Ferdinand E. Marcos’ 93rd birth anniversary.
