Courtesy Call on LC Mayor CVF. City Jail Warden J/SINSP HERMINIGILDO B RIVERA recently paid a courtesy call on Laoag City Mayor Hon. Cheveylle V. Fariñas to strengthen the ties between the BJMP-Laoag and the city government. The warden took this opportunity to seek the support of the city mayor in upgrading the overall security of the jail facility.
