Dressed in various costumes, the staff/personnel of the Provincial Library (i-hub) and Provincial Education Department Office led by provincial librarian/PEdo head MatildeNery join the annual Oct. 31 Semana iti Ar-aria parade organized by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte headed by Gov. Imee Marcos. The night parade commenced at the Centennial Arena and ended in front of the Provincial Capitol in Laoag City on the eve of the All Saints Day celebration.
