Governor Imee Marcos led the inauguration and turn-over ceremony for the San Jose-Santo Tomas Road in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. The concreting of this road is a part of the Agrarian Reform Infrastructure Support Project (ARISP) Phase III of the provincial office of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).
