ANOTHER WINDMILL PROJECT. Gov. Imee Marcos leads the groundbreaking rites for the NLUPC Wind Energy Project located at Brgy. Caparispisan, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte last Sept. 3, 2013. A total of 32 wind turbines will be built at the site next year that can generate at least 81 megawatts per hour. The first existing windmill project is located at nearby Banguitown.
