BALIKBAYANs FROM GUAM, USA. Visiting balikbayans James Robinson, his wife Baby and their son Jade, hosted a dinner for special friends at Java Hotel restaurant in Laoag City on Sept. 29, 2014. James hails from Bubon, Burgos, Ilocos Norte while Baby (formerly Miss Gomez) is from Poblacion, Paoay, Ilocos Norte. This first week of October, they returned to Guam where James works as Deputy Marshal of the Superior Court in Guam, USA and Baby works as Accountant III of the Guam Waterworks Authority. In the 1970s, James used to write as news correspondent for the Ilocos Times under then editor-in-chief Jun R. Guiang.
