BATAC CITY, Sept. 4–Michael Andres, 31, was found dead yesterday morning in a waist-deep canal near a chicken dressing plant here where he worked at dawn, lawmen said.
Ricardo, the victim’s father, told reporters that he believed his son died from an accident when he fell into the canal based on what he saw in the CCTV footage.
Police, however, said they would conduct further investigation to rule out foul play in the incident. (tri-media report)
