LAOAG CITY (Oct. 14) – An elderly couple was both injured when they figured in a vehicular traffic accident at Brgy. Cabungaan, Airport Avenue, here.
Police authorities identified the couple as Mamerto and Leonida Garo, residents of Brgy. 47 Bengcag, of this city,
Initial investigation showed that the couple’s “kurong-kurong”, was entering the avenue from a barangay road when it was allegedly hit by incoming car driven by Jestoni Coloma, 29 and resident of Bgy. Puruganan, Dingras.
It was learned that the victims are now in stable condition.
