BADOC, Ilocos Norte (Oct. 14) – A driver died while his back rider suffered a broken leg when the motorcycle they were riding in rammed a parked forward truck in Brgy Gabut Norte, this town.
Police identified the fatality as Luis Macayanan, 43, married. His companion identified as Arnel Andag, 33, is still recovering at Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital in Batac City. Both are residents of Brgy. Boanga, Pinili, Ilocos Norte.
Based on initial investigation, the speeding motorcycle rammed the side of the truck driven by Joel Ortega, a resident of Brgy Muson, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
