NEW LADY LAWYER. Rachelle Ann “Rheanne” T. Guiang, the daughter of Santa Marcela (Apayao) Mayor and Mrs. Rolly Idol Guiang (nee: Rizza Tesalona), passed the 2017 bar exam, described as the year’s toughest government test for would-be lawyers. Rheanne, also a CPA (certified public accountant), studied law at University of the Cordilleras in Baguio City. Her dad Mayor Rolly traced his family root in Ilocos.
