BATAC CITY — The City Government of Batac celebrated the 119th Anniversary of the Philippine Independence with the resumption of the Save the Quiaoit River, Save Batac’s Mountains and Watersheds Project by planting more than 300 coconut seedlings in the hills of Brgy. Colo.
This was followed by the flag raising activity back at the Batac City Hall where Mayor Albert D. Chua delivered his Independence Day message.
Both activities were participated, by personnel from the DILG, including the Batac City Police Station; City Schools Division of Batac; and the officials and employees of the city government. (CGB)
