LAOAG CITY, Dec. 27–Two restaurants in Brgy. 19 and Brgy. Nangalisan located in this city were padlocked for alleged non-issuance of official receipts to customers in violation of BIR code, revenue district officer Jose Edimar Jaen reported.

Jaen told reporters that the closure order on the two restaurants was issued by BIR Commissioner Cesar Dulay as part of the ongoing “Oplan Kandado” campaign.
