More than 2000 Day Care pupils together with their parents and families gathered at the Laoag City Sports Complex in celebrating the Yuletide season. Fun and games and a raffle draw were offered to them by the City Government. Laoag City Mayor Chevylle V. Fariñas and City Administrator John Michael Fariñas expressed gratitude to everybody and concerned government agencies as the city’s partners in continuing to serve as inspiration and encouragement in delivering quality education to all children.
