DFA INAUGURATES NEW CONSULAR OFFICE IN SAN NICOLAS, ILOCOS NORTE. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) opened its doors to passport applicants in Northern Luzon with the inauguration of its newest consular office in Ilocos Norte on May 8, 2018. The new DFA Consular Office at the Robinsons Place in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, is expected to serve applicants in the provinces of the Ilocos Region and surrounding areas.
