BATAC CITY, Oct. 29–Louie Tungpalan, 32, a construction worker of nearby Brgy. 16, San Nicolas town, was stabbed to death after he attended a wedding party in Brgy. Bungon here, lawmen reported.
Chief Inspector Zosimo Reyes, deputy police chief, said the victim and another co-worker were invited to the wedding party of their boss foreman at Brgy. Bunagon.
The victim left his San Nicolas residence at 2 pm and about 7 pm, passerby Roque Tictic found him calling for help as the latter was bloodied with a stab wound, the police report said.
Tictic rushed the victim to the MMMHospital here where Tungpalan expired later.
Investigators were checking whether the victim left the wedding party early with no untoward incident.(tri-media report)
