SAN NICOLAS, Ilocos Norte, April 17–Tricycle driver Cleto Reparejo, 45, of Brgy. Raraburan, Laoag City, was gunned down at Brgy. 16, this town, Maj. Paul Benedict Parado, town police chief, reported.
The victim was sprawled face down when discovered by a passerby early this morning.
His body bore gunshot wounds on the head, above the ear and right back shoulder, investigators said.
Police surmised that a caliber .38 revolver was used in the shooting as one of its slugs was found at the crime scene.
The lawmen said the victim was possibly driving his tricycle when the gunman shot him from behind. (tri-media report)
