BATAC CITY, Sept. 19–Police said they arrested here yesterday a senior citizen for allegedly raping a girl, 14, who later got pregnant and gave birth to a child.
The suspect, 69, was nabbed Monday afternoon by the lawmen who were armed with an arrest warrant issued by the court.
His case is a heinous crime and unbailable, investigators said.(tri-media report)
